HAPPY BIRTHDAY KAKAK PAH REEN

Tie dah banyak kali mencuba fondant kek. Kali ni agak ok juga . Tie mencuba resipi gumpaste untuk flower kecil2 yang ditampal atas kek. Guna gumpaste boleh buat fllower nipis2 , senang nak handle , tak melekit macam fondant dan cepat kering. Tapi gumpaste tak sesedap fondant.
2 ekor dove tie gunakan gumpaste juga. Kebetulan ada kawan sekerja yang ingin melihat burung merpati diatas kek. Tie cuba buat tapi version kurus sikit.
Kalau kakak mesti kek color pink apapun pink in color baru happy, Senyum sampai ke telinga.
Mama akan buat bagi anak2 Happy. Letih macammanapun Ibu akan bahagia kalau anaknya tersenyum.
Jom Kita Intai Resipi
120 gm dark chocolate-fine chop
30gm cocoa powder
240 ml (1 cup) boiling water
21/4 cups flour
2  tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted  butter (226 gm)
2 cups granulated white sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh milk
Method
Preheat oven 177C. Place center rack of oven. Butter pan and line with parchment paper.
Dark choc and cocoa powder into boiling water and stir-melted set aside.
In separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
bowl of electrix mixer beat the butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar beat the mixture-fluffy(3-5 min). Add the eggs one at a time. Mixing well add vanilla extract and melted choc mix & beat to combine. Add the milk and flour mix in 3 addition and ending with the flour mixture.
Divide the batter into 2 pan. Bake for abt 25-40 min.
Remove the pan from oven and place on a wire rack to cool for abt 10 min.
