BUN SOSEJ MINI

Jom Meroti....


Assalamualaikum...
Dah lama dah Tie tak meroti sebelum tepung roti yang ada dalam kabinet tu rosak lebih baik manfaatkan. Hari ni rupa paras tidak la cantik sangat bijan dan masuk bugs dah contaminate..Takde lagi hiasan2 taburan bijan diatas roti. Nampak kosong je..
Ada orang senang menggunakan breadmaker tapi Tie guna kitchenaid mixer je sebab nak menguli rasanya tak kuat sangat..
Di bahagian dalam roti.. 

Banyak juga Tie dah ubah dari resipi ni terutamanya suhu oven kena bersesuaian dengan oven masing2.

Resipi:Soft Bun/ chicken sausage bun II          
Bhn A                    
Water roux                  
bread flour  50gm                  
boiling water 75 gm                  
Bread dough                  
active dy yeast 6 gm                  
bread flour 160 gm                  
plain flour   40 gm                  
sugar castor 50 gm                  
salt 2 gm                    
water warm  50 gm                  
egg(medium size) 1                  
butter  40 gm                  
Method                    
Mix water roux ingredient together in a bowl              
Cover bowl w cling wrap and store in fridge for 12 hrs ( Tie put inside plastic container and cover)    
In a mixer fitted with a bread hook, add flour, yeast, sugar, egg, nd water. Start mixing at low speed for 2 min.  
Add salt & continue stirring until the dough lifts from the wall of the mixing bowl.      
Add water roux and continue to knead for 3 min. ( kitchen aid speed #2)        
add butter and increasing kneading speed to #4            
Continue kneading for 15 min. on speed no 4 until dough is no longer sticky and does not break when pulled  
Place dough in a slightly oiled bowl. Cover wit cling wrap and leave to proof in a warm area for 45 min  
with lihtly floured hand and tabletop, knead dough to form a smooth round ball into 12 balls abt 40-50 gm each  
rolleach small ball into a round ball and leave to proof for 10 min.          
Flatten each ball and roll out to a circle with a rolling pin.Place filling and wrap and seal the edge of the dough  
to form a ball                  
Leave to proof for 1 hr                
brush egg and decorate with sesame seed              
bake at 150c abt 10 min                
leave to cool and enjoyed.

Tie buat setiap satu ball tu buat panjang2 lilit kat sausej, pun boleh        
extra buat roti burger for tmrw .  TOTAL HOURS ABT 3 1/2 HOURS THEN READY TO EAT…BOLEH TAHAN
