UDANG, PRAWN, SHRIMP...

Apa tu... cuba teka...
Salah satu healthy food for your makan petang, high tea perhaps or can be appetizer ...
Udang goreng tepung, tapi kalau deep fried is not healthy anymore so apa yang Tie buat udang bakar...nyum2..

Udang yang Tie buang kulit, belah belakang dan buang apa yang perlu. Perapkan udang dgn garam, black pepper dan daun pasrley kering. Gaulkan dgn tepung gandum, kuning telur dan bread crumb . Letakkan di atas parchment paper dan bake 20 min each side.
